Returning Sky Equipment

I have recently cancelled my Sky subscription. Sky sent me packaging to return their Sky Q box and Broadband Router. I have now done this and sent it back though this morning I have received more packaging to send the router back on its own.

 

As I have already sent the equipment back will this register with them as I do not want to be charged.

While we can't say what will happen the fact you have returned it should work for you. Hopefully you got proof of posting as that will help should you be charged.

Excellent thanks.

 

I took a picture of the contents inside the box and then another picture with the returns label on it so hopefully that should do it.
