Returning Equipment

To whom it may concern,

 

I notice at the end of the cancelling email, you have listed both the Sky Q Hub and a booster.

 

I don’t believe that I have a booster ?

 

What to do ?

Just return what you have. The booster is usually included in the returns email, but doesn't necessarily mean that there's one assigned to your account.

@Miles+Parker  as @Mark39  said, plus make sure you keep your proof of postings for several months - Sky's 3rd party logisitics company are not very good at informing Sky that they have received your returns & consequently Sky end up chasing you.

I am just another Sky customer!
