To whom it may concern,
I notice at the end of the cancelling email, you have listed both the Sky Q Hub and a booster.
I don’t believe that I have a booster ?
What to do ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreJust return what you have. The booster is usually included in the returns email, but doesn't necessarily mean that there's one assigned to your account.

Find out more@Miles+Parker as @Mark39 said, plus make sure you keep your proof of postings for several months - Sky's 3rd party logisitics company are not very good at informing Sky that they have received your returns & consequently Sky end up chasing you.
