I returned my old sky q equipment weeks ago and your billing me sayin i didn't return well I did

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lourew If you have proof of returning the equipment I can escalate your post to the Sky staff here, if you don't then you will have to call Sky and see if they will waive the charges, they may refuse to do so though without proof.
