Returned spare unit
The sky devise had not arrived when the engineer had turned up so the supplied the devise and set everything up.
the engineer said to return the spare device when it arrived. It arrived today and I refused the package from Royal Mail as told to do so.
you should now get the spare unit returned to you over the next few days.
