Returned sky Q box

We returned our skyQ box on the 24th February 

you are still charging us for multi room and have sent a postage label for us to return the box that we have already returned!

We’re customers on here. This is predominantly a customer helps customer based forum and you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services.

How did you cancel and did you receive an email from Sky confirming cancellation?
Did you keep your proof of posting the equipment back?
