Returned item not received yet

I'm have returned sky equipment on the 02/10/2023. Just received packaging to return item or I will be charged. Has anyone else had this issue

Did you get proof of posting so your return item(s) can be tracked to see where they are as it does take the company that handles the returns a good few weeks to receive them once they actually have them.
