Sky Q
Just had new Sky Q for a week. Today I've had several problems from Harddrive issue to technical issues. TV went off on its own. Turned off at mains a few times. Can now watch TV but not any recordings. Help

If it's hard drive issue then usually fatal.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-disk-error-messages
you may need a replacement box.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
