Returned equipment

I have just received a text message to say I am going to be charged for not returning the old equipment. This was returned  on the 23rd of January. Please can you check your records.  Many thanks

@Dianeb Do you have proof of postage? If you do i can escalate your post to the Sky staff here who should be able to assist you.
