Returned box not received by sky

Hi

 

I have returned my sky box on the 23/08/23 as I had a new router installed but sky have text me twice to say they haven't received the item and want to charge me £80. I have the proof of postage, I have been unsuccessful in being about to speak to someone about the issue.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings  to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
