None sky broadband won’t connect to sky

so I have gone with fibre-optic broadband because Sky couldn't provide a decent enough Internet connection. I'm now having a problem with Sky, not finding the new router

@Dan241  Do Sky provide your broadband at all?   As your posts suggest they don't.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Dan241

Try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.

As you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.
