I returned sky equipment back to Sky after cancelling my contract with them but they are still chasing me for Sky Q box. I returned both Sky Q Mini and Sky Q 1TB including remote controls and HDMI cable back to Sky in their provided box. I don't understand how come they received Sky Q Mini but not Sky Q 1TB 😞
Now I received a text from them saying they have applied charge to my account.
Has anyone experience this issue before? and how to get it fixed?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAlthough it is to late now if you have to return any equipment ever again to any company it is always worth taking a photo to show the equipment in the box as it helps should issues like this arise.
To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
