Hi,

 

ive recieved an email about returning my sky box before the 8/11/23, however ive been away for almost 8 weeks so i havent been home to return. I get home from work on the 10/11/23 is there anyway i could return it then and not recieve the payment for it

You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum where customers try to help other customers.

 

Sky will charge you non return fees if it's late but as long as you obtain proof of posting and keep it safe and indefinitely you will be reimbursed once it's processed at the warehouse (which is currently taking 2+ weeks).
