Hi, I'm due to return my sky Q mini box today, unfortunately where we've been placed in Temporary conversation and all of my house has been placed in storage. I have not been able to find it as of yet I'm asking to have more time to dig through the boxes to get to that box

@GeorgiaRv Unfortunately this is a customer forum and not Sky so all you can do is to phone them. If you don't return boxes you get charged a non return fee, however this will be refunded when you eventually return the box.
