Return packaging
I recently cancelled all my Sky products as I was moving house and didn't require it at my new home. I have packaged all my equipment ready to send back but Sky has sent the prepaid returns packaging to my old address. Could it please be resent to my new address [removed],

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.
Your post has been removed as you've disclosed your home address and name on a public forum. Staff will moderate the post on Monday when it should be visible again.
Return packaging is only sent to the address where the account was active. It's the customers responsibility to use their own packaging to return it. You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.
