Moved my sky Q box, but satellite cables no longer reach

Can't even find a topic on this on the sky website. Openreach have altered the port so internet works but there's no satellite signal so I can't even get on the apps to watch TV. Is there any way?

The Q box needs a satellite signal.

Either,

1) Move it back

2) Use extender cables

3) Pay Sky to move it

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

hi @SpudCruick16

You can buy Satellite Extension cables from a variety of sources.

Just make sure it comes with F-F connectors - assuming you have your own dish you need a twin cable (or 2 singles)
