Return of sky Q box but have not cancelled sky and have made acrecent payment

I have just received a return package for the sky Q box, but have recently made a payment, so am enquiring what is happening ?

You say you've made a recent payment - have you missed payments previously?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Have Sky cancelled the contract? It is possible for them to do this.

They sent me a text message saying they were sending the package but I paid and was told that it was sorted, but don't know whats going on  they are not getting it back as I have paid  it will be the case of the left not knowing what the right is doing, thanks for your commenting.

When was your bill last paid, was it more than 56 days ago ?

 

What shows via your Sky account about your Sky Q service ?

Yeah might just be two processes out of sync but as above feom cesarome, I would double check what they think the status of your account is. They don't need to get it back in order for you to not be able to use it. If they have cancelled the viewing card it will just stop working (on any encrypted channels)
