All Recordings and apps vanished

My sky q box must of reboted it's self.

I've lost all my recordings and had to log back into my apps.

Anybody know why this has happened

Hi @andy3434   As with all software driven systems, probably a glitch. Have you tried a power cycle (switch off at the mains and wait 30 seconds before switching back on) to see if they return.

Yes I have tried it a few times, but it's still the same unfortunately.

Probably a knackered hard drive on its way out, most likely cause of losing recordings.
