Return my sky box

I am no longer a sky customer. I returned my sky box on 16 may 2025, I have proof of posting. I even have an email thanking me for its return. I am now getting emails and texts asking for its return! Can you please stop the email and texts.

This forum is primarily customer-to-customer help, you're not talking to Sky support

 

You do't have to return a Sky Plus box, I'm guessing you had sky Q

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

Was it a Sky Q box you returned and if so do you have the proof of posting receipt ?
