Return item. Due to covid.

I have covid and very ill so cannot get to post-office or any where so you will have to wait for return

You are just telling other customers here. If you can't arrange for a family member, friend or neighbour to return it for you, you are likely to incur charges but keep the proof of posting when you return it and you should be reimbursed in due course.

Royal Mail will collect parcels for free from your home address. 

Once you are feeling better you can arrange this easily on the Royal Mail website, then you don't ever have to go to the post office.

Good point, I'd forgotten that. Still insist on some sort of receipt though @Junekathleen

@Junekathleen you might not get a receipt if it's collected, so keep a note of the tracking number too so that you can follow its progress. Easiest just to take a photo of the returns label with your mobile.

Even beeing informed that the item has been delivered by the Post Office is no guarantee that Sky won't accuse you of not returning it! So, even if you get a confirmation of delivery from the Post Office app, keep all the records as proof.
