I need to reschedule an engineer to move my tv set up. Sky sent me a link but when I log in nothing is there! Can anyone help please

Thanks for the reply but the link just comes up with a message saying contact us about your order 🫣 . I'm going to have to ring them in the morning and hope they don't charge me extra. Thanks again for your help x

Reschedule or cancel your engineer visit

You might just get away with it if you call them early enough.
