Hi, SKY Diamond customer of 19 years at current address.
Looking for an extra SKY mini box so that a family member returning back home can watch TV in the comfort of their own room.
How do I go about requesting one?
Thanks

@iamamanufan1 you should be able to order one through your Q box by pressing the home button scroll down to my Sky then Sky shop and multiscreen there will be a one off admin fee for the box which is loaned to if you already have a mini box.
If its your first mini box you will also need the monthly multiscreen subscription
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Thanks for your timely response. I have now ordered one.
Says 4-6 weeks due to demand. Hopefully get it a bit quicker.

Re: Replacement mini box
I spoke to sky to resend a new mini box as mine is stuck on standby I've done all the steps to reset but no change. I called them and they told me there was an order which is stuck from last year? Any advise on what I can do as I'm jthinking of leaving sky as they keep delaying my request.

Re: Replacement mini box
Make it known to them that you are considereing leaving. Put the ball in their court. Are you near the end of your contract? If so, then get on the blower and speak with their "Loyalty Team" and not first line support. Insist that if they do not send a replacement then you will move over to one of their competitors. They want to retain you. They no longer have the monopoly on TV packages. Fight for what's fair in your contract. If all fails, give them one months notification and then watch the begging emails come in offering you this and that. Take no proverbial from them. Loyalty Team, not 1st line support. They are useless and tend to fob customers off. Been with SKY over 30 years.
