Apps on sky q box are slow

Trying to watch apps on my sky box ( prime / Netflix / Disney all are very slow and no point in watching as the feeeze every 30 seconds or so

Hi @Scouseh   It is difficult to offer any suggestions, unless you give us the full story.  How are you connected to your broadband router and what speed is your Broadband? Have you tried power rebooting everything,  router and Sky Q box. Is this a Mini or Main box. Who provides your broadband.
