Replacement handset

Hi I've applied for a replacement remote. 
ours started sticking and the back /batteries were getting very hot. So deemed this was unsafe to use

Have you a question? If you've completed the form to obtain a replacement you'll just have to wait for it to arrive. You could always purchase one from a larger supermarket and then you'll always have a spare.

If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for customers in the ROI).

It’s sometimes a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket.
