Replacement Sky q box
Sky are replacing my main Sky q box DPD are delivering it and it says to have my old box ready for pick up ( exchange) do I need to wrap this up or do they just take the box

The DPD driver will place the faulty box and lead in the packaging the new one arrives in. Don't forget to remove the viewing card from the faulty device.

And make sure you swap the power supply too in case it's the other type (internal vs extrrnal)
