I want to remove my TNT sports and was just told I can't until I make a payment of £60, I'm trying to the de increase my account as I am a mum of five I'm struggling with how high my bill is, as a paying customer, I should be able to remove or add anything on my account.
please can you remove tnt sports and make my bill smaller and manageable for me.

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

If you can't do it via that link you will have to contact whoever you pay for it, so if you pay through Sky you'll need to call and give 31 days notice. If you pay TNT direct you need to contact them.
