Sky box mini now not working

My sky box mini has become unresponsive despite resetting. Now after the on screen messsage to press the home button when the screen is blank, the screen stays blank and the light on the front of the box stays orange despite many attempts to press the home button on the remote.

After pressing the power button on the box the screen changes to an Accessibility message but the remote is still not selecting anything on the screen and none of the buttons are working.

Does anyone know what else I can do to get the box working as before?

This message seems to have caused a bit of a quirk so try this:

Press & hold 4 & 6 on the remote to set to Infrared only (so must have line of sight of the box)

Hopefully you can then dismiss the message
Then try re-pairing in bluetooth mode with the box by pressing & holding 1 & 3 together


If this does not work try a full remote reset by pressing & holdng 7 & 9 until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times
Then try the 1&3 to re-pair & pair with the TV
