Remote

My sky q mini box remote was broken have had a replacement sent but wont connect any help would be appreciated very stressed

May I suggest you try a reset of your new remote:

Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light (red LED above the SKY logo button) flashes 4 times

Then press 1 & 3 together to go through to re-pair with the box and your TV - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared

hi @Tate20 

 

All (genuine) SKY Q remotes work with all SKy Q boxes (mains & minis)

There is no different remote for a mini box. All currently provided remotes are the same.

@Tate20 If the reote you had was a touch remote these wetre discontinued around 2019 ish  all remotes are now the same as @nigea99 and @Daniel0210 have said 

You will need to re-pair the remote to work with your box and TV the link to do this is in @nigea99 post above
