I just need to order a new sky Q remote as on has stopped working

If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (apparently this is not available to customers in the ROI).

It might be quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket. If you do that as well you’ll always have a spare.

Hi @Stephen+guyett 

If you are stuck completely without your remote if you open your Sky Go App on an Apple device you can use a virtual Q remote.

Must be iPad or iPhone.

You will find it under Settings - Devices on the Sky Go App
