SKY go does have a virtual remote but only the ios version (iphone/ipad)
You can get replacement remotes from a variety of sources (opossibly free from SKY) but note the touch remotes are no longer availble (except 2nd from ebay etc.)

Unfortunately, although they said the android version was due later last year it still hasn't arrived.
I don't know if there is one but you could try looking for a 3rd party app
