Remote not working

My Remote just stopped working I only had volume . But now after repairing even that stopped I have reported box change batteries I have tried everything, ordered new replacements but in the meantime I have no tv going to ring them tomorrow as it says someone will ring me in three days sourly I won't be left for days without any tv any help welcome please

You don't say what system you have but I know Sky+ has controls on the Sky Box itself so you would not be left fully withoutTV also the Sky+ app has eremotecontrol features

Nothing work so I decided to disconnect from the sky Q box it worked for a minute or so then stopped so disconnected once more worked again then stopped but then red light appeared so pressed it so now it's back on but no volume working, we're as before only volume was working. Still going to ring Sky tomorrow as something not right. I do hope this helps someone

@Mi-Mi-123There is no volume adjustment on the Q box the controller works your TV for volume. Does the TV controller change the volume on your TV if not it is a problem with the TV.
