Remote not working fully

Some buttons no longer work. Have tried resetting and repairing and nothing is working. The select and left and right butons are not working so I can't even complete the re pairing.

 

can anyone suggest how I might fix this please

@Crossley7 if your remote is broken you can order a new one through the link below although it may be quicker to purchase one from a high street store or online
