Discussion topic: Promised call between1&2 today. Didn’t happen so called Sky and was promised next call in an hour!

Promised call between1&2 today. Didn’t happen so called Sky and was promised next call in an hour!

So upset that i was promised a call today that didn't happen so called Sky and was assured the original Agent would call me in 1 hour and that was 2 hrs ago!!! Got no connection on Sky Q box or mini box!!! Rushed over to Leeds from Liverpool to be in flat between 1&2 today and it's now 5.15 and still no call, no internet on TV and mini box not working at all!!! Have two properties with SKY, one in Liverpool and one in Leeds! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!  Been with SKY for nearly 30 years ! PLEASE CONTACT ME TO SORT THIS OUT!!!!!

You're not contacting Sky here.  This is a customer helps customer forum.

 

If you explain your issue in a bit more detail we may be able to make suggestions to fix it.

@Chocolate have you tried rebooting the router when that is back up and running then 

your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot any mini boxes you may have
