Remote issues

I'm due to cancel my contract on 2nd April. However it seems sky has restricted my services as only volume and on off works. Batteries changed and did a reset. Fed up

@Spenni Try resetting your remote.
Press the buttons 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice then follow onscreen instructions to repair the remote.
