Hi my TV remote is faulty and the number 9 button keeps pressing on my remote with out us touching it or pressing anything so it turns over to channel 9 all the time it's done this since we got it installed thankyou

@Ty+ki It might need a gentle clean in case dust is stuck under a button. If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for customers in the ROI). https://www.sky.com/help/articles/lost-stolen-damaged-sky-q-equipment#get-in-touch
It’s sometimes a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket.
