Hi recently got sky and my remote isn’t working, the configuration on the buttons is wrong, the volume button is turning the tv off, I have requested a new remote but had a text say not possible, I have put new batteries in I have pressed down 1 and 3/ 7 and 9 together nothing is fixing it . Please help.
