Reinstate my service
Hiya I would like to reinstate my sky services. I have paid my outstanding balance many thanks

You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. This is mainly a forum where customers help other customers so Sky won’t automatically contact you based on your post.
Before Sky reinstate your services you will have to also set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will also have to pay the next bill as well. Any calls to Sky will only request payment.
If you can’t pay it all in one go you can pay what you want, when you want, but until the bill is paid off in full Sky will not reinstate your services. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay.
Depending on your previous payment history you may be able to pay all but £25 which will then be added to the next bill but this doesn’t apply to mobile phone restrictions.
Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but be aware this may not be instant (it also takes longer at a weekend when banks are closed).

You're not talking to Sky, and even if you were they wouldn't discuss account details in an open forum. Have you setup a new Direct Debit, because this must also be done before Sky will allow an account to re-open
