More and more I cannot access my app or the record and pause and rewind —a message comes up telling

Help - my system isn't working properly. Increasingly the message come up about inserting a viewing card!! I don' t have one and have never needed one. This means I can't get the apps nor can I record or use pause and rewind . Please can any one help?

@Brantwoodp all Q boxes should have a viewing card and need a viewing card to work.

Your viewing card should be on the right hand side of your Q box and only sticks out slightly so is easy to miss .

I take it you got your box from Sky and subscribe to either the essentials package or another package such as signature
