Refund on Mini Box

I purchased a mini box for my grandson at Xmas but he doesn't want it so I need to return it for a refund but cannot find any way of doing this online. Can anyone tell me how to do it.

You didn't purchase it. It is loaned to you. If it's your only Mini box you'll need to cancel your Multiscreen subscription if you're not in a minimum term deal. Otherwise contactvSky to arrange for packaging to be sent out.

Thanks. This is an additional one as his mum already has one so don't want to cancel multiroom.  It's still sealed in box.  Will sky refund the £50 I paid for it

She ordered it on her account and I gave her the money!!!!

Yeah it just pays for handling and delivery. You may well have never seen these Ts & Cs because it wasn't your account.

 

I'm sure they'll find a reason to use it at some point.

 

When they end their Q contract some time in the future they'll have to send it back.
