Refreshed apps but still getting a message 'cannot load try later'
Sky Q - refreshed apps but still getting an error message 'cannot load try later'.
I have to turm the box off and unplug at least once aday. What is wrong?

Today a lovely engineer came out and set up a new box because of the problems we are having. Was very happy. He also looked at the satellite dish.
Unbeliebvably it has just happened again when we tried to access Disney Plus! It only happens when accessing apps. I van't believe it, what could it be? The engineer checked all was working, the softeare, the apps etc, this was around 1pm or so and it failed about 4 hours later.
