Red button prompt to upgrade.

I'm trying to watch Sky Atlantic on demand. The program I'm trying to watch isn't responding and I keep getting a message asking me to press the red button to upgrade.

I have Sky Q with the Signature package.
I did try to download the series in HD, but then found out I could only download in SD which I then tried and failed as it still doesn't play, or it's taking forever to download.

hi @KazMac2

As the default download quality is set to HD (high Definition) not SD then when you try to download and watch you are prompted to upgrade (i.e. take out the HD subscription)

You, probably, just need to change your download preference to SD (rather than just trying to select SD on each download)
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)

Wow, thank you so much. You've made this reply so easy and clear to understand. This makes sense now you've told me.
I thought it was asking me to upgrade to a much bigger package, not just HD, which I don't need as my TV is 4K HD anyway 🤔👍

Hi @KazMac2

It doesn't matter if your TV is 4K HD.

Without the Sky Q HD or HD/UHD add on to can only watch Entertainment SD content.

Yes your TV will upscale this to UHD but the result is abysmal.  Very blurry and lacking definition.
