My recordings will not load. It just says please wait. I have tried rebooting several times, tried unplugging altogether, and even gone through the resetting procedure. My tv programmes all work fine, my tv schedule comes up and my Home Screen shows all the top picks etc.

When I try to pause it a message comes up saying this service is not available because of a problem with your hard disc drive!

That was what I was worried about.
I had the same issue last August.
I did a manual reset of the hard drive (which will lose the recordings)
Unfortunately for me, the problem (and other problems) recurred after it and I had to get a replacement sky q box.

Thank you. I followed the link and this time instead of just doing the basic reset I reset the hard drive. This appears to have worked. Yes I've lost all my recordings but I couldn't access them anyway. I can now pause and rewind etc and record and download again. Let's hope it lasts. Thank you both for all your help.
