Just wall mounted TV. Cable from dish not l9ng enough to 'trunk' would an engineer have to come and fit a new l9nger cable? Is there a charge for this

If it is the lead from the dish that needs extending you maybe better just buying a Sateliite extension cable (available in various lengths) from various sources than paying SKY to replace the cable with a longer one - they don't usually do any specialised work.
If it is the lead from the box to the TV, you can get HDMI lead, again in various lengths, from online sources - just ne careful with the length for 4K use.
4K needs HDMI 2.0 although 2.1 (8K) are now available at decent prices & may allow longer length to be used for 4K
