Recording football matches which are shown on the new Sky Sports + channel

The Cardiff v Sunderland game was nearly ok during the 90 mins, a few pauses and stutters, but half time and full time I got an error code and a black screen. I flicked through all the other games and they were still on. Hopefully just a glitch, but I feel with the lack of recording etc, this package may not suit a lot of fans.

All the games should be available throughout the day to watch again, like what Amazon do. Watch from the start etc.

So if you are not able to watch a Sky Sports+ rugby league match when it is being broadcast live you will be unable to ever watch at a convenient time.

Sky, this is ridulous.

What's the point of a Sky Sports subcription when the only sport I want to watch is generally not available at a time to suit me. May as well ditch Sky Sports.

Througout the rugby league season we have continually been told that you can watch all super league games live.

Since the rebrand of Arena to Sky Sports+ this is no longer the case. I came home at 8.10 on Friday - there were 2 matches on so I  chose to watch Hull KR v Castleford under the impression I would be able to stream the Huddersfield v Catalans game in full later that evening.

2 problems, I  was  able to get back to the start of my chosen game but when I tried to watch it refused to play so I had to miss the start. Secondly all I can find is a 4 minutes highlights of the 2nd match.

Looking again this morning I could not say any full re-run of any football or rugby league matches to stream - only highlights.

So basically this change is a retrograde step - why can't you stream full matches for a few days after the Live screening.

Sky really need to sort this out as we were blatantly lied to with regard to the rugby league and at best mis-lead about the EFL coverage.

Yesterday I had the same problem regarding rewinding a football match, after rewinding it wouldn't play so I guess it's a contractual thing on live streams. Tennis matches will play on rewind though so that's why I think it's a contractual thing on the inability to rewind then play on certain sports but all the same very disappointing

Maybe a bit rude but usually helpful. Can't really help on this one. It just doesn't do it. Would be better it if did full catch-up.

Tennis fans say hi 👋 . We've had zero improvement in Sky's tennis coverage in the last 12 months. No replays available, which for a sport which is played 11 months of the year in almost every time zone with multiple matches on at the same time, is completely unacceptable. Amazon Prime (the previous rights holder) started out just as badly but quickly made all full match replays available within 15 minutes of finishing and a "watch from start" option. 

Plus, the streams often cut off before the end of a match and they also completely miss matches when the schedule gets changed because of rain delays. It's truly abysmal.

Absolutely agree with everything you say about the useless tennis coverage on sky sports. No rewind option on the iOS app either which every other competitor provides ie amazon prime and discovery plus

I watched or recorded all the matches every week 

and it used to really annoy me that during the live games they would put the scores of all the other games on all the channels spoiling the other games 

but now you can't record them 

it's not often I complain but the new sky sports plus is like going back to the 80's

rubbish

i will be cancelling my full sky package

That's absolutely ridiculous 

I tape a lot of games and watch them when I'm not busy,

this means you're tied to watch them live only 

what a load of rubbish I've been a member for 25 yrs now you are restricting people to stick to a time table 

sort it out at least give us a the option for downloading the game
