Have you tried rebooting the main Sky Q box?

I did it once whilst on phone with sky support. No difference

@Daniel0210 the support told me to reset and see if it solves The issue. Clearly, it hasnt

Call them back, explain that and see what they recommend. Possibly a doorstep box swap, in which case remember to remove your viewing card from the box before handing it to DPD.
