I want to record a Olympic programme today on discovery plus but can't see an option please can someone help

You can't record from an app.

You cannot record content on Discovery+ as it is a streaming service.

You will be able to catch up on demand after the event though.

But you can record  Eurosport 1 and 2 on your Sky Q box though
