Record function faulty

I selected record to save the Sheffield football Derby game on Sunday 10 November. When I tried to watch it later it had failed to record correctly. The box tried 3 times but two were only part recorded and the 3rd said it had failed claiming I did not have a subscription.  I have been a customer for years and my subscription is it to date.  Anyone help please as getting through to Sky today by phone is impossible today and the prompt system is not working when selecting options.

Thanks

Tony

Try again later. Sky are currently having issues with their website which they are looking into which may also be affecting Customer Services agent which will make calls longer and create more calls.

In the meantime perhaps try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button
