Reconnecting issues

I have Sky Q and been customer for years.

 

My service was disconnected on 30th November as could not agree a deal.

 

Yesterday I signed up for 2 years again with no price increases.

That’s for Sports, cinema, Netflix premium, uhd, hd, multi room. Just rang the number on the return packaging.

Everything came back on straight away except Sky Go. If I try and use it I get an error saying I need to upfront package. After 50 minutes being transferred around India apparently the issues I’m having is because I can’t use my old equipment and an engineer has to visit to install all new equipment. [Removed] Can anyone help that’s been reconnected please?
