Sky q box constantly disconnecting from internet. Have rebooted box, rebooted rooter all works for short time then lose connection again. Can't use Ethernet cable. All other devices connect fine. Problem started when my broadband contract with TalkTalk was taken over by Utility Warehouse and I had to use their rooter. I have followed everything sky help pages suggest. I need to speak to a human to get someone to come and fix this. I am not tech savvy
