@Daniel0210 No, that crossed my mind at first, but no, I've recently renewed my package. Everything's the same as it was before its just strange that all of a sudden it says I've got to upgrade my subscription

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDo you still have the HD add on? If not please try changing the default download preference from HD to SD in
Main Menu > Settings > Setup > Preferences
If you do have the HD add on or the above does not fix the issue post again on this thread so we can potentially escalate your post to Sky. Sky will then try to refresh the viewing card which sometimes needs a couple of attempts. I'm not sure if I took the HD off to be honest as I thought that was just a big screen or better screen I dont really understand much about it I've just gone into preferences I don't see where it says HD or SD
